As a Certified Macro and Menopause Coach with 20+ years of experience in health and fitness, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to training. After years of competitive athletics, personal training, and my own transformation through macro tracking and gut health, I’ve learned what works: sustainable habits, personalized nutrition, and movement that supports real life. My mission is to remove the guesswork, support long-term health, and empower individuals to achieve their goals without unnecessary restrictions or extremes.
